The Team

Lisa Hadfield - Group Practice Manager & HCA

Lisa Hadfield

Group Practice Manager & HCA

Lisa has always worked in environments where offering excellent customer service and communication has been an essential part of her role. She worked in the hospitality sector and then as a Duty Manager in a Retirement Living complex. She really enjoyed going that extra mile to offer a personal service, taking time to talk to people and getting to know them.

“Having joined the team at the Hearing Centre, I’ve loved every minute of it. The care and services provided really make a positive difference to people’s lives. Seeing people arrive in discomfort or feeling frustrated with their hearing but then leaving us happy and relieved is a wonderful thing to be part of”.

Lisa started with us as Receptionist and enjoyed it so much that it enthused her to take her career further, going on to train as a Hearing Care Assistant and wax removal specialist. Lisa has recently been promoted to our Group Practise Manager.

“I am so happy to be part of a really lovely team of people who have a real desire and drive to offer an outstanding service to patients and be the best Hearing Centre in the areas we serve.”

Lisa is married and has two teenage children as well as a very soppy albeit slightly bonkers dog called Buddy.
