The process of wax removal was conducted after discussing hearing history and any past or present problems. The micro suction was explained clearly and the wax removed from both ears in around 20 minutes. Very happy with the results.

After finding them … More online on Sunday, I dropped them a message requesting an urgent appointment. I was expecting a response early in the week but received a response via a phone call on Sunday afternoon and booked an appointment for the Tuesday morning. Very impressive!On the morning of my appointment, front of house (apologies, I forgot the name), immediately put me at ease with general conversation and then about myself. I was taken to Sarah, the practitioner who again listened with interest and immediately diagnosed my issue in both ears. My right ear was so full that wax had attached to my ear drum. Lisa was consulted and they made the decision to irrigate my right ear to clear of wax. All of this was done within 20 minutes and maximum care. I was so at ease there as they explained what they were doing and why.I will visit at least twice a year to get checked out from now on and I highly, highly recommend this place. Brilliant and very pleased!Thank you to you all!Neil
